Integral Enneagram:
An Experiential Curriculum for Transformation
Integral Enneagram:
An Experiential Curriculum for Transformation
The Integral Enneagram Curriculum is a five-part curriculum. Each of the 5 modules can be taken independently and are offered in flexible modules or as a comprehensive course of study. The program is designed to progressively advance our understanding and deepen our experience within a unified and comprehensive body of work. Each course experience is designed as a holding environment for participants to develop and mature, both psychologically and spiritually.
In addition to immersing groups in precise, in-depth Enneagram knowledge, influenced by Riso/Hudson, Sandra Maitri, Claudio Naranjo, A.H. Almaas, Ken Wilber and G. Gurdjieff. There are complementary psychological & phenomenological techniques will be used, as well as various meditations and practices. The format of these Intensives make it possible for participants to attain higher levels of experiential mastery and are an ideal vehicle for those students who are seeking an accelerated and practical approach to their personal and spiritual development.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The first of a three-part program, this 10-month course covers the basic knowledge, personality characteristics, and essential qualities of each Enneagram type. The ancient wisdom of the Enneagram is used to dissolve ego structures and allow greater contact with your True Nature/Soul. This teaching describes the patterns, attitudes and tendencies we have that are fixed, automatic, repetitive and limiting. As we recognize those patterns, see how they affect our actions, relationships, perspectives and what we see as possible, we can begin to disidentify and find our freedom.
The objective of this module is to deepen your knowledge of the Enneagram and learn more about each of the three Centers of Intelligence – Instinctive/Belly Center, Feeling/Heart Center and Thinking/Head Center- and how they contribute to a more balanced and holistic experience of life.

“Group work can be helpful for intensifying the light of your presence. A group of people coming together in a state of presence generates a collective field of great intensity. It not only raises the degree of presence of each member of the group but also helps to free the collective human consciousness from its current state of mind dominance. This will make the state of presence increasingly more accessible to individuals.” Eckhart Tolle, Power of Now

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
All spiritual work begins with increasing our awareness of our identification with our ego - or in Enneagram terms - our personality fixation. In this module we will discover our dominant self-images and work with them in a phenonomenological way. We will deconstruct the object relation patterns (the building blocks of our self-image/ego) as well as childhood patterns and their origins for each type. Defense mechanisms will be explored as well as behavior patterns that we manifest when each of us are under stress. We will discover what those signals that allow us to grow and integrate and move towards greater health and freedom and become aware of what behaviors and perspective move us towards suffering and pain.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The passions are ego driven emotional states, qualities of the heart when under the influence of the ego, manifest in inner attitudes and a general emotional atmosphere that flavors, dominates and affects our sense of self, others and the actions we take. The virtues replace the compulsive and reactive patterns of the passions. They are an expression of openness and a development of the heart due to spiritual maturity and realization.
